Add Makefile as alternative to copying Docker cmds #29

Let me know what you think of this. I'd like to have something that doesn't make me copy commands from the readme. Could also be a shell script or a couple of them.

I'm ambivalent to Makefile for this but prefer it to scripts. Happy so long as the commands stay in the README for me to copy/paste as well.
