Time for a new release?

User-friendliness
- default connector defined (#103)
- also delete model_links when deleting all models (#105)
- add get_extent() (#106)
Improve plotting (see commits)
Add support for signatures (#101)
Add support for linear trends and stepmodels (see commits)
Add apply method (#100)
