What time is it in requires ? #79

When I do what time is it in Essex I get the response: I'm not sure what that means. Try@cbcbot help

But What time is it in Essex? works. ? should be optional.

I looked at fixing this last night. This is broken because google maps api is now a paid service. I was about to implement a key in the api call which is simple enough, but then that’s yet another key to setup to deploy Pcobot. I think complexity is too expensive a price to pay for this feature. I vote we just remove it since time anywhere in the world is a google away.
