Comprehensive message at the start in markdown #8

Currently, the message at the start forces the user to reply, because telegram.ForceReply is enabled. The reason is:

This can be extremely useful if you want to create user-friendly step-by-step interfaces without having to sacrifice privacy mode.

But it seems to be not necessary for now.

I think it's a good idea to send README of this repo back.
