Changed the README to markdown for syntax highlighting. #41

This one annoys me - I find the bulk of Textile's syntax more obvious/natural than Markdown, but Markdown really does do a better job when it comes to code formatting, and especially with the GitHub modifications. I use Textile everywhere, but it seems I'm in the clear minority.

I think it was more "gah, one outstanding pull request, just merge it so it's dealt with".
