Fix links to Riddle in docs homepages #1257

http://pat.github.com/riddle gives a 404. I didn't know user sites were ever available at *.github.com. I could've just updated the links to be pat.github.io/riddle, but that redirects, so I've just used the destination.

You might have other places to change from .com to .io - e.g. the repo name and description of https://github.com/pat/pat.github.com

Thanks Brendan, greatly appreciate the fix! Now I've got to make sure the docs get regenerated, it's been a while since their last change. 😅

And yup, that blog repo could be renamed, especially given it's no longer built from GitHub Pages (which is what required that name once upon a time). I shall look into it!
