Additional phases by Madrid group #2

One should add all additional phases as provided by the Madrid group.

The updated parametrizations of http://inspirehep.net/record/1747223 should be used for the p- and for the s0-wave. For the s0-wave one can directly implement the amplitude. For the p-wave it is beneficial to implement the cotangent of the phase, for this yields via the rightmost expression in Eq. (1) ibidem an analytic expression of the amplitude.
