Spec: removes commented out metadata #88

This is causing some bikeshed errors now.

PR Preview failed to build. (Last tried on Aug 15, 2023, 9:17 PM UTC).

More PR Preview relies on a number of web services to run. @linnan-github, could you PTAL? Not sure why, but seems bikeshed is having issues now. Thanks!
