How do I enter my proposal into the individual drafts space? #12

So you want to have intellectual property rights protections while discussing a document relevant to PATCG?

PATCG has a space open to any relevant proposals in which authors can self-manage proposals while they are developing and work with collaborators in a way that is covered by the W3C CLA. PATCG moderates this space but does not gatekeep it. However, if your proposal is determined to be out of scope for our group you will be asked to withdraw it.

I've created an Issue template that anyone can use to request access to the individual draft space from this repo's issues.
