As far as I see, there is no Russian yet.

You can make it yourself. visit

You could look at http://groups.google.com/group/tesseract-ocr-russian
But they have not finished russian language files yet.

VueScan 8.5.26 uses Tesseract 3.0 and it seems to work with Russian.
You can download it from:

  http://www.hamrick.com

You need to also download the Russian trained data file from:

  http://www.hamrick.com/ocr.html

It doesn't work well with mixed Latin and Cyrillic words.
