Barcode Recgonition #72

Description of Requested Feature

The added feature of Barcode Recognition would greatly increase the
usefulness of the engine to identify and index documents.

It would first require locating the Barcodes, then deciding the type of
code and deciphering the code. Even just working with Code 39 to start
would be very useful. I hope that this can be implemented in the future.
