All Tracks Stuck On 30Fps?? #29

Whenever I open wheel wizard and launch retro rewind my game is stuck on 30fps and I cant change it. The 30fps options is off and I have no clue what to do. I don't want to lose my 11k Vr License so please help.

option is moved to in-game now, so this should not happen anymore
