Issues:

So required a paid version, not a free tier.

which is indicating that flyway does not switch of foreign keys checks SET FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS=0;

I try v0.110 on WSL2 / Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS

Hi @OleksandrKucherenko --

apologies it's not working for you right away. All I can say is that it most definitely worked for me on Heroku before I shut it down, though it did skirt around the edges of memory limits, and required some thoughtful use of CLI. (I recall some CLI commands would run out of memory.)

The app I was using it for only have a dozen languages and maybe 50 strings each, so that was the scale I was using it at
