Api très différente mais semble mieux documenté.

Charge potentiellement lourde.

Point d'attention : il n'est plus possible de rajouter des variables 
d'environnement au cgi (cgi_environment n'est plus disponible).
Il faut mettre php.ini dans le même répertoire que php-cgi.
