permettre les options :

--init (initialisation interactive)
--autoinit (initialisation automatique si respect des consignes d'installation)
--export file (export des données pour monter de version)
--import file (réimportation des données après montée de version). import 
uniquement en combinaison avec --autoinit et --init
--paramsdb file.db (chemin de la db de paramétrage)
