Product Owner Wants Modern UI for Employee Profile

As a Product Owner, I want the employee profile user interface to be clean and easy to use to reflect the icon-driven, responsive nature of modern applications

Priority

Acceptance criteria:

• All content from the original profile is displayed in new UI
• Works on any DoS issued SBU phone
  • Initially works on Ken's phone
  • Secondarily works on Mr. Moyer's, Doug's and Don's phones
  • Ultimately works on any DoS issued phone
• Complies with 508 regulations
