Calculate score per this issue's summary. Shot difficulty will be based on
collision detection - if the launched bubble passes within close proximity to a
bubble but doesn't collide and results in a bubble match, award a scoring bonus.
Also award a bonus as a function of the number of bubbles freed by a shot.
This score will be included in the high score manager database.
