Option to show/hide or retain user selection when viewing notes

The notes are not visible all the time. If we have to make this displayed,
we need to always click the show notes link. Please add an option to make
the selection notes visible or hidden for the session when the show notes
is clicked. Or you can create an option in the setting to make the notes
visible or hidden.

I'll add an ability to save the choice of showing the notes in the list 
settings:
- you click "hide notes", next time you visit this list all notes will be 
hidden,
- you click "show notes", next time they will be visible.
If you hide some note after clicking "show notes", next time you visit all the 
notes
will be visible.

Plans have changed.

I prefer to store the notes visibility state during the session. Notes are 
hidden by
default.

mtt will retain 'Show notes' toggle state between tab switching during the 
session. Will be present in v.1.4.

one user viewing todo list of another ...... i want that user view only their 
to do list.  any one who can help??
