Ability to specify the category in the Add Task Textbox #14

When I'm in a category and if I want to add a todo item for another
category, I need to open the other category and then enter the todo item.
It would be nice if we can add an item to another category by entering
something like this in the Text box:

New/Old Category Name : My Todo Item

The app should parse the delimiter (colon here) and automatically assign or
create and assign a category to the newly entered item "My Todo Item". Also
a dropdown box of the category can be added to edit/add task dialog.

We could maybe merge this with a rework of the smart syntax
