Add Purge completed tasks #21

Hi...
Tonight i was looking for a way to purge all the 'done' items at once...
i didn't find it , so i implemented it....

Here is my patch...
i named it 'purge' ... feel free to rename it as "Delete all completed task" 
for more 
userfriendlyness :)

i had to add some strings in lang/class.default ....
