Change expand icon for notes #23

Hi...
i still can't get used to icons of expand for notes (+) and (-) don't really 
says to me 
that there is a note.

May be we should look to another icon .. more like the inner one?

Am-i the only one to think like this?

I plan to use new icon for note toggle as in attach in v1.4
