Could be nice if we have a better tags selection when searching for tasks,
for example:

multiple) we want to search all the tasks for 'release-2.0' and
'release-3.0' tags, not only one of them

except) suppose that you have a lot of tasks to the tag 'release-2.0', but
you don't want to see the tasks with the tag 'installer' (you don't want to
work with the installer today :)), so you can check the 'installer' in the
 remove/except/blacklist section and all the matches that include the
'installer' one will be removed from the list

google code looks a bit "simple", I can't set my 'Issue' to Type-Enhancement, 
so it
is not a bug, is a feature-request. Thanks
