List groups. #41

I think it would be useful to be able to groups lists together, then only show 
certain groups.

I think this would be useful because, for instance, I have several lists which 
are related to my job, but other lists which are related to my home.

MTT would work in the same ways as it does now but everything would be limited 
to a certain group of lists. For instance, "All tasks" would only show all the 
tasks for that particular group of lists. 

There need not be an option like " Show All tasks on all groups" as groupings 
are supposed to be separate entities from each other.

Of course, if anyone want's this kind of functionality they could just install 
two copies of MTT with different table name prefixs!
