Jilla, gaam, Taluka add/edit/delete from admin panel #4

Hi,

Need to add/edit/delete functionality for Taluka, Jilla, Gaam in admin panel. Jilla fields id,name,name_guj,is_active,created_at

Taluka fields id,jilla_id,name,name_guj,is_active,created_at

Gaam fields id,taluka_id,name,name_guj,is_active,created_at

If any fileds no in table. Please create it. and make sure all we fetch is active records in display and API.
