What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. What’s reasons cause we couldn’t hear the voice if both iPhone A and B 
have App(Siphone) installment?

What’s reasons cause our iPhone B could hear the voice from A, but A 
couldn’t hear from B if A install App(Siphon), and B install another sip app?
