As a user I want to create user id so i can get in to my account.

as a user for buying food i can use the shu card at 63's and other cafes of the shu and get the statement in the email at the end of month

as a user i need the notification for the balance left in the card as a text message or in the e mail format after each and every transactions.

for every event on the university like the basketball game and other game i can pay for the ticket from my shu card.
