Magnetometer Only UKF Update Step and Minor Documentation Changes
Closes #189.
Summary of changes
Added the magnetometer only update step implementation. Will be deferring testing to #197 and potentially another ticket once the sun sensor and magnetometer version of the filter is up and running.
Added an attitude estimator doxygen group and cleaned a few things up.
Fixed a bug in the calculation of expected covariance matrices (more a boneheaded mistake than a bug haha)
