This was essentially just a copy past job. The reason for doing this was mainly to clean up the repository of extraneous directories and build targets. It also broke with convention to include the geograv headers with #include "../../geograv/include/geograv.hpp" and the ones in the inlcude/orb directory were exact copies of the files already.
