Built using Capacitor by Ionic on top of the existing Vue.js web app.
Generated all client screens.
Implemented querying the Dictionary and Full-Text Search on SQLite.
Made minor changes in fts-populate.js and a few lines in existing files.

I am not entirely sure which files to commit regarding the xcodeProject files. I have added the main ones and ignored the below.

@jude-m many merits for building this offline Ios app. Two things,

The ios code does belong in a separate repo, this is similar to the android app which also sits in its own repo.

The changes you made to the webapp code does not need to be merged just yet. After testing and releasing the app, the changes can be merged. At that point do send the final PR
