update docker-compose run command to address the unknown flag: --build error

--build is a supported flag for docker compose run: https://docs.docker.com/engine/reference/commandline/compose_run/ If you are having any problems please verify that you are using the current version of Docker and Docker Compose. If it still doesn't work, feel free to ask on our Discord.
