Enhancement: Have folders under update for SPs, Functions and Views. #10

Have directories as listed.

Process the files in that folder according to number, ie, 000001 goes 
first so we can set up dependency order.

Have it fire Views, then functions, then SPs after all updates to verify 
schema changes ahve not broken compiles.
