How do you activate the extension? #1

I can't figure out how to open the UI and I don't see any mention of it in the docs. I suspect there's a button that's somehow being hidden but it could also be user error and obvious :)

After installing the addon (from github or https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/newusercspdesign/), click the orange shield in the addon bar at the bottom of Firefox.
