Does it work on internet explorer 7? #5

It may be a issue with my program. But just to be sure. Are there any issues or 
fixes a should apply to make it work in IE 7?

I am running the stuff and I get the URL OK. Just when creating the table 
itself (not getting the csv). The table are not created.
