Update maven-plugin versions in parent poms #226

There are never plugins than some of those specified in the soi-toolkit 
parent-pom and the default-parent-pom.

This issue was updated by revision r2086.

Update issue 345

Updated maven-mule-plugin from v1.7 to v1.9. Now copying of datamapper mapping 
files (.grf) should work, see issue 345.
