Not clear on the requirements yet but probably more then just a jms topic 
implementation...

Maybe based on a dynamic customizable multi path router so that the user easily 
can plug in whatever publish mechanism that is required in each specific case?

This issue was updated by revision r669.

Disables MEP Pub/Sub in the wizard until we have impl. support for it.
