I'm not sure if offset and range is correct as i do not have hardware to test firmware, but hopefully this works :)

Looks good. Produces a firmware with the same checksum so must be good. Great work! I'll apply this to the bcwc_pcie repo as well since I haven't finished the migration work yet.

Actually I changed my mind. I've removed the firmware tools from bcwc_pcie altogether and instead link to this repository. Hopefully this doesn't cause to much trouble for people packaging this driver. Makes more sense to have it this way.
