Deprecated feature: MODULES_CONF in dkms.conf #288

MODULES_CONF has been deprecated since v3.0.0 https://github.com/dell/dkms/releases/tag/v3.0.0

Furthermore, the bdc_pci driver (module) no longer exists since version 5.12-rc2 of the Linux kernel: https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commits/v5.12-rc2/drivers/usb/gadget/udc/bdc which means that, deprecated by dkms or not, the blacklist bdc_pci directive is obsolete anyway.
