This is a PR for #11 , include the following changes:

Create ignoreTags property for the MarkdownShortcuts class, now it only has a PRE tag
Create isValid method for the MarkdownShortcuts class, use to decide whether convert markdown syntax

On the other hand, which is the best way to fix bug for the vue editor version?
