New term request: 'single' def: A quality inhering in a bearer by virtue of the bearer's being present as one entity.

is_a: 'present' PATO:0000467 Comment: Need to discuss this as possibly equivalent to PATO:0000070 'count' = 1.

does anyone object to adding 'single' as a child of 'present?

If not, I'll add this next week.

An example of text that uses 'single' is for a structure that is "present, either single or paired" (that is, paired in some taxa and single in others).

Also need to add 'paired' for a structure that exists as a pair, typically bilaterally paired.
