install instructions and maybe vignettes? #9

Hi, thanks for working on a great package! I found out about it while reading one of the Stitch Fix blog posts.

A few thoughts:

It might be good to have the installation instructions in the README.md
Would you consider writing a vignette with simple examples (comparison of lme4 and mbest, general tips, ...)?

Thanks for the feedback! I'm not sure if any of us has time to write a README or vignette right now, but if you'd like to contribute one, we'd be happy to add it. Just send a pull request.
