slash in argument value #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a simple rest api with a string argument
2. create GET request with the argument value to ABC2%FDEF

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
value should be set to ABC/DEF
gorest reports path not found

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest
