How to delete in-app monthly subscription service? #143

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Go to Google Developer Console
2. Go to an existing in-app product of 'monthly subscription' type
3. The 'active' button is grayed out, so you cannot select 'deactivate' or 
'delete'.

EXPECTED OUTPUT:
Be able to deactivate a monthly subscription so that users will not be charged 
for a product that no longer exist.

ACTUAL OUTPUT:
Cannot stop the charging from recurring.
