STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Open Rage of Bahamut App
2. Proceed to purchasing mobacoins
3. Attempt to purchase mobacoins

EXPECTED OUTPUT: Transaction successful

ACTUAL OUTPUT: Transaction Cancelled

AFFECTED ORDER IDS (IF RELEVANT):

OS VERSION: Android 2.3.4

MARKET/MYAPPS VERSION: Google Play 3.5.16

DEVICE: Droid Bionic

OUTPUT FROM ADB BUGREPORT ATTACHED:

NOTES:

I hope this is in the right area but for about a week now I have been back and 
forth with Mobage about my purchases being cancelled. They said that the orders 
were being cancelled instantly by google and there was nothing they could do 
about it. I have made numerous amounts of purchases for a week and then all of 
a sudden they are being cancelled as soon as i try to place a new order. I have 
updated my google wallet and still the same effect. Is there anything I can do?

Same goes here, a customer has no problem to purchase regular apps, but in-app 
billing orders are instantly cancelled claiming failure to validate credit card.

I'm having the same issue with the same device. My credit card shows the 
transactions as well.

Same issue here, just purchased a case of Mobacoins and the transaction shows 
it was declined by Google on google wallet but according to my email recpits 
and bank account it shows the transaction went through

I have added money toy google play account but my orders are saying transaction 
denied. why cant I.use my credits

Why!? google, why!? I was so sad because I thought it was only me, but now I 
see there's a lot of people who have the same problem, please google help us 
and accept our orders pease please please.
