Add hints to portals #42

A request came in for adding portal hints, i.e. the bot owner can give helpful guidance like "turn left" or "head to x.x, y.y for the POI".

The portal description field has no character limit. The internal formatting is: Portal now open to <portal description>. Safe journey friend.

You can just add any extra notes there as desired. Leaving this open for a time to see if others request this.
