Adds a new MainActivity with tabs for devices, apps, and settings. See #7

I think you forgot to add some files to Git. In AppsFragment.java,dev.patri9ck.a2ln.databinding.FragmentAppsBinding cannot be found as it is missing.

That file should be automatically generated by android studio when running the build process.
