What version of Chrome are you using? On what operating system?
Version 25.0.1364.172 Windows 7x64
What client (version?) are you connecting to? Are you using SSL?
rUtorrent 3.5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Adding Torrent
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When the torrent is added successfully, it's automatically paused. Even when i 
click on it to start it just stays paused.
