Polish translation of The Book of Shaders #389

Hi, I'm making a draft pull request. I'm adding a Polish translation of The Book of Shaders. If things go well, all should be ready in 2 months. Maybe even faster? Who knows.

  1. Let me know if someone is already in the process of doing it, so we don't double our work :)

  2. Also, are there some translation guidelines? Or some maxims that I should follow? For example, I imagine, for such a technical book, informational content is more important than pretty writing style, right? :)

  3. Also, if I consider the original vague, what should I do? Make it as true to the original as possible or rather make it easy to understand?

TODO: after merge, check chatpers 02, 09 as they mysteriously aren't displayed on a local preview
