Polish translation not fully visible #401

Hi @patriciogonzalezvivo !

Some time ago I did a Polish translation of The Book of Shaders: https://github.com/patriciogonzalezvivo/thebookofshaders/pull/389

Then I updated headers, acknowledgments and links: https://github.com/patriciogonzalezvivo/thebookofshaders/pull/398

But it seems like only the first PR is reflected on the page:

Text is Polish but header doesn't have the "Polish" button
Links are pointing to the English version:
The acknowledgment I created isn't there: and

No idea why, as I saw both PRs where merged into master

When you have time, please take a look :)
