Substitutions:

Besan (Chickpea Flour) for All-Purpose
Covered the veggie roux to steam it
Used water + spices instead of veggie broth
- Nutritional Yeast 1 Tbsp
- MSG 3 Shakes
- Trader Joes Mushroom Seasoning 1 Tbsp
- Garlic Powder 1 Tbsp
- Harissa Powder
- White Pepper 1/2 Tsp
- Black Pepper 1/4 Tsp
- Sea Salt 1/2 Tbsp
- Ginger Powder 1/4 Tsp
