Using Auroras and space weather from Finnish Meteorological Institute

[x] parse geo coordinates of all sites.
[ ] based on current location
[ ] find closest site(s).
[ ] if darkness #2 and cloud cover #3 are good,
- [x] then parse to get next hour RXmax for that site(s)
- [ ] and trigger the alert if hyvin korkea or korkea.
- [x] Refresh every 15min.
